Good food, quick service. Great view in the outside area.

This gastronomic facility in Lehde is the stopover for all boat tours that start in Lübbenau at the harbor. The menu is rather limited and geared towards the short time of the stopover. The order was delivered quickly. The service was professional.

We only had a small snack on the terrace in the restaurant. Although the restaurant is purely a tourist eatery, the service was quick, attentive and friendly. The dishes (goulash soup and bratwurst) were okay, but nothing special. Conclusion: You can definitely stop here for a short rest.

We had made a boat trip and had a 1 hour stop at that Made happy pike, the food was delicious but the coffee was bitter, hopefully only an isolated case. Fassbrause (raspberry) was diluted with water.

Rude service, small selection of food and inedible. We had to let go of the food. Toilet was extra chargeable. Full of tourist rip-offs. A positive point was the location and that the cancellation was accepted ..

Excursion restaurant with good food offer, partly overcrowded due to the simultaneous handling of many guests on the boat trips. The food is delicious

Except for the friendly service and great location, you can do without a visit to this restaurant. The fish was cooked to death, the cucumber salad was too salty and the Königsberger Klopse was not really edible. It had nothing to do with typical Spreewald cuisine. We would never eat here again, pure tourist rip-off. Finally, a tip: Absolutely delicious and should rather be preferred, the delicious quark pebbles and the soft ice cream are two plots before. The money was well spent there.

We only had a short stop (30 min.) Here with the boat, ordered yeast lentils, coffee, an ice cream sundae and a Berliner Weisse. We couldn't complain, everything was fine and the service was very nice.

Nice location by the canal and a lot of seatings. Service was very fast on a Sunday in September but we also went around 2.30 so it wasn’t so busy. Food is a bit overpriced for the quality. Schnitzel was disappointing and fries too. Overall the food wasnt so good.

Not recommendable! I had taken a nice walk there and let the beautiful surroundings dazzle me. This locality is geared towards mass tourism. Fast, finished products ... The guest usually doesn't come back when he stops there with the boat. Cucumber salad was too salty. Fish soup with vegetables & potatoes (I didn't find it) Completely watery and not edible. The bread was dry from the day before yesterday or something. Really bad food. Apparently no guest has complained about the soup yet. The couple two tables further gave their food, bratwurst with mashed potatoes, back completely !!! Better go somewhere else !!! It's a shame about the money. To the happy pike!?!? I'm still looking for that!

We spent our lunch break on the bike tour through Lübben, Burg and Lübbenau here in the inn "To the happy Hecht". Since there is the delicious Babben beer here, which is one of the reasons for us to choose this restaurant. Shortly after we sat at the table, our drinks and food requests were received. Less than 5 minutes later, the drinks and the food were already brought, which unfortunately suggests nothing good about the freshness of the food. The grützwurst was warm and very tasty, just like the sauerkraut. The potatoes, however, were way too salty and very slimy. The yeast lentil was unfortunately not particularly warm but tasted relatively good. The assumption with the ultra short waiting time was unfortunately confirmed that the food was not made particularly fresh and is already ready. We'd rather wait a little longer and enjoy fresh food.

Like the happy pike that happily swims past this place, everyone who wants to eat something fresh and prepared by a chef should move on. Unfortunately, there is only thawed schnitzel with mashed potatoes out of the bag, at absolutely utopian prices. Even the advertised raspberry barrel shower is straight from the chemical factory and colors the tongue and face for hours. Only designed for mass tourism, even using the toilet in this restaurant is hardly possible. Think of the happy pike that didn't land on your plate here and move on.

The location of the restaurant with the harbor in Lehde is very nice. We only stopped in for a coffee and a drink. There is only filter coffee here, the cream on the platters came from the can. The prices are city level and can only be justified because of the location. Otherwise, as already written here, tourist junk.

Lunch: the choice could be bigger. At the name I thought I could eat fish. That was not the case. Any meal with sauerkraut (cabbage roulade, bratwurst, grützwurst). Small portions. It went very quickly, presumably to let the boats go again quickly. Food was cold. We won't stop there again.

Absolute tourist rip off! The food is canteen level! No taste, and all just warmed up at overpriced prices. We had to organize our seat cushions ourselves, although we politely asked the waiter. Unfortunately, there are few alternatives at this place. We STRONGLY recommend visiting a different restaurant.

After a canoe tour we stopped there and the large terrace right on the water attracted us. Service nice, beer was good, but we didn't like the food at all. Greetings from the freezer! Was also very expensive. Tourist nepp ....

On a great boat trip we stopped here for an hour to take a break. We ordered a barrel shower, which was delicious. There was 1x groat sausage, which tasted good. I was really looking forward to my schnitzel with fries. So here you can experience the best example of mass processing and ready to eat. The schnitzel is shaped meat, tasted chewy and generally funny. The fries were not salted, became more and more in the mouth when chewing and after 2 minutes we were totally cardboard. Was disappointed for this expensive price. Next time we'll eat somewhere else. Very disappointed

Good biergarten to hangout and enjoy food & drink after boat. No idea bout the food but to enjoy drink was still good.

Absolute disaster. I wish I could give 0 stars. The service is practically nonexistent if you are lucky, otherwise rude. On top of being slow and not letting us get tap water (when we also ordered drinks). Food was right out from the deep freeze section of your local supermarket, and paying over 10 euro for it. They also expect you to pay for the toilet (0,70ct). If you can wait to stop somewhere else, I encourage you not to stop at this Fröhlicher Hecht.

It's not only about business. They need to be humane to customers

A somewhat rustic and aging restaurant with a lunch / afternoon table. There is a sufficient breakfast buffet for hotel guests. Extremely full at lunchtime, because masses of people are brought there with the boats, which then stay for about an hour and then go again. A little like assembly line processing. However, the staff tried hard and was easily overwhelmed. The food is good and also fully priced. Price performance top. From 6 p.m. on, doors, shutters, etc. are closed, sidewalks are folded up and you can't buy anything. Nowhere. Likewise with this restaurant.

Cute place, tasty and inexpensive meal, especially pancakes, cucumbers and beer:-)
